How do I measure myself?
To get the best fit, you want to make sure you are measuring the same areas in the same way that our tailors do to create the suits. Please refer to our sizing page for more information.
What if I am between sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, order the larger size. Its easier to have the suit taken in to fit you and will allow for greater seam allowances for future alterations.
What if I want to mix and match items?
If you want to mix and match items from different collections, contact us. We can help you put together something that is just perfect for you!
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you let us know what items you want, we will send you an invoice. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours of receipt, or items will not be held if another customer is interested.
Do you allow trials or returns?
Yes! We want to make sure you love your Equinity items! Prepayment is required, but if you decide to return the item(s), you can do so within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus the shipping charges. If you have the item for more than 7 days, the sale is considered final.
